For a day of networking, camaraderie and education

8:30      Walk & Talk featuring Arrowhead's Nate Armstrong, Richard Gdanice and crew

              - Sharing insights int their management and operations

              - Overview of their staff dynamics, roles and relations

              - Approach to career development and mentoring

              - Tour of the maintenance shop and course

              - Perks and benefits for assistants and crew

10:30    Open Forum and Lunch

11:30    18 Hole Shot-Gun (optional)

Goals:

Every attendee will:

• Leave with at least one idea to implement at their own facility
• Learn something new about the golf course management profession
• Connect with peers in the industry — and maybe even form lifelong friendships
• Most importantly, have fun!
